* The update service is performed directly to the HDD, overwritting the existing maps to the latest ones available.

* It's mandatory to send the VIN chassis before performing the service purchase, to check compatibility. 

* To be able to offer the service, will need you to ship the infotainment module (Seat easy connect, Volkswagen infotainment, Skoda infotainment) to us, with a copy of the order. 

* Shipping back (once updated) is included to whole Europe with DHL Express, once shipped back it will take 24/48h for delivery.

* You can come to our office (if you previously contacted us to request the service), to deliver your infotainment personally to us.
* Necessary time for this service may vary depending on the kind of module that is processed; (between 2 and 3 days for RNS-850 modules and between 15 and 25 days for MIB modules updating).
