Descripción

Servicio de reparación de la funció táctil y/o el monitor en los equipos Volkswagen Composition Media o Discover Media (MIB2PQ).

Los equipos MIB2PQ pueden sufrir distintas averías relacionadas con el monitor o el uso del mismo. Este servicio de reparación es valido para las siguientes averías:

CASO A) Avería de la función táctil: El equipo presenta distintas zonas del monitor que no responden a la pulsación o bien efectua pulsaciones de forma autónoma sin que se interactúe con el equipo.

CASO B) Avería física del monitor: El equipo presenta el monitor/pantalla averiado por un golpe, por marcas o la aparición de burbujas en el cristal del panel/pantalla.

Cómo proceder para realizar este reequipamento:

Realice el pedido, y prepare el envío de la unidad a nuestras instalaciones (recibirá la información de envio al finalizar el pedido).
Documentación que se debe adjuntar con el equipo: Copia impresa del pedido.
Una vez recibida la unidad será notificado/a por email en el momento de la recepción y procederemos a la instalación del servicio (tiempo de trabajo 7-10 días laborales). El envío de vuelta está incluído en el precio (Solo Península Iberica, excepto Islas, Ceuta y Melilla).
Puede contactar con nosotros si precisa la instalación en Taller.
(Este servicio incluye desmontar el equipo en nuestro taller y el posterior montaje una vez terminado la instalación del servicio (7-10 días laborales) Se contactará para concertar cita, la instalación dura menos de 2h.

Documentación que se debe adjuntar con el equipo:

Copia impresa del pedido.

El vehículo puede circular sin problemas con el sistema desmontado.

- Al realizar el pedido desde la web, por favor, recuerde indícar el número de bastidor de su vehículo.

When trying to install a used VW equipment, with or without Navigation type: 5C0035680x or 5K7035200x

Navigation or use functions will not be available since the vehicle did not have this radio or factory function.

It will also have limited functions (no sound or partial sound) when component protection is activated.

This service unlocks all the functions so that the system can be used without restrictions.

The software of the system is updated, for example, on the date of purchase the software and maps will be current for the current year. Maps included in the price.

It simply connects back to the vehicle and does not require any type of online activation.

These functions are usually included, App-connect (depending on software version), Maps (if the unit is Discover media), Bluetooth

and possibility of Voice Control (Optional with added cost)

How to proceed to perform this re-equipment:

Ralice the order, and prepare the shipment of the unit to our facilities (you will receive the shipping information at the end of the order)

Once received the unit will be notified by email at the time of reception and proceed to the installation of the service (working time 7-10 business days) The return shipping is included in the price.

You can contact us if you need the installation in Workshop

(This service includes disassembling the equipment in our workshop and the subsequent assembly once the installation of the service is finished (7-10 business days). You will be contacted to arrange an appointment, the installation lasts less than 2h.

The vehicle can circulate without problems with the disassembled system.

* La confirmación de reparabilidad del equipo queda sujeta al diagnóstico pertinente, que realizaremos al recibir el equipo. En caso de no ser reparable, se informaría debidamente y se propondrían otras soluciones como la sustitución del equipo en calidad de "canje".
