GPS Locator - Keetec GPS Sniper - Android / iOS / GSM

The GPS locator Keetec GPS Sniper is designed to locate the current position of your vehicle using GPS coordinates. The system automatically sends to users an SMS message with a link to Google maps, so users can see the position of the car in the smartphone's screen.

The Keetec GPS Sniper can be installed as a standalone device to locate the GPS position of the vehicle, or connected to an aftermarket car alarm (eg. KEETEC TS CAN), and if the alarm is active will inform the user via SMS message. 

Setting up and control is performed via mobile application (Android or iOS) or through SMS messages. GPS locator is equipped with security functions such as tilt alarm, tow away protection or alarm during GSM jamming. Using the Keetec GPS Sniper can be switched on or off an external device (eg. external heater)

• How much long it takes to install GPS Sniper, aproximately? Between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on technician.

• What happens if I don't dissable PIN code protection of the SIM card by mistake? If PIN code protection is not disabled there will not be GSM signal on the GPS Sniper and you will not be able to receive messages from GPS Sniper.

• Is possible to only manage and control GPS Sniper via app android or iOS after installation, and not necessary to use it via sms messages for the very first time? Yes, it is possible!

• GPS Sniper works in the USA (United States of America) without problems? Yes, it does! in fact it should work all over the world if you have a valid SIM card which is working properly and with GSM coverage. (the SIM card that you insert on it is the key to make it work, as it is the one that emits the location signal using GSM bands)

• GPS Sniper works with prepaid SIM cards and with contract SIM cards? Yes, It works with both prepaid and contract SIM cards.
