PRODUCT RETURNS


Returns policy

A) If upon receiving your product the description does not coincide and/or you are not satisfied, you can return it (as long as it has not been used/installed). From the moment in which the delivery personnel delivers the package you have 7 days to return said product. If we receive the package after 7 days, or if we detect that the product has been used/installed or manipulated, the package will be shipped back and the return will not be accepted. To carry out a return, you must ask for a RMA certificate (required for returning products).

B) If some of the purchased articles have a problem during the guarantee period, notify Vag-Navisystems S.L. by phone: (34) 938212186 (from Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 14:00) and (15:00 to 18.00), or by email: info@vag-navisystems.com. You must indicate the product invoice number and the problem or reason for requesting a product return. If we decide the product must be replaced, you must request an RMA certificate (required for returning products).

C) All articles with a manufacturer's defect must be returned within 15 days of its reception to the aforementioned address and reporting it as soon as possible. You must ask for a RMA certificate (required for returning products).

* The repair, replacement or change of a product is subject to stock availability.

The guarantee of the products sold by Vag-Navisystems S.L. is offered and established in virtue of the regulation in Spanish law 23/2003, from 10 July on guarantees in the Sales of Goods, the legal framework that aims to facilitate the consumer different options for demanding a resolution when the goods purchased do not conform to the contract, giving the option of demanding the repair or substitution of the good, except if impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful, the consumer may demand a discount or termination of the contract.

Vag-Navisystems S.L. will try to resolve the problem as much as possible within 7 to 15 days and when stock is available, whether by resolving the problem with service and/or software updates, or returning the article, with the option of replacing the product with a new one or repairing it. As foreseen in this law, the vendor is required to deliver to the consumer a good that is in accordance to the sales contract in the terms established by the law (art. 1), considering these as movable, tangible goods for private consumption (art. 1).

Therefore article 4 of the aforementioned law on vendor responsibility and the consumer's rights applies: "The vendor is responsible before the consumer for any non-conformity at the moment of delivery of the good. In the terms established by this law, the consumer has the right to the repair, replacement or discount and termination of the contract." The vendor's responsibility for non-conformities in the goods extends to those stated within a period of two years after the delivery of the good (art. 9.1.), with the consumer being required to inform the vendor of the non-conformity within two months of acknowledging it (art. 9.4.).

In order to regulate the aspects of the sales guarantee unrecognised in Law 23/2003, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade Regulation applies.

Requesting an RMA certificate

  • Product returns always require an RMA certificate. The RMA certificate must be provided by Vag-Navisystems S.L. after having been contacted by the client, reporting their desire or need to return the good for the stated reason or cause, Vag-Navisystems will provide the pertinent RMA documentation.
  • The RMA certificate has a form that must be attached to the product to be returned (inside the box or envelope), and a label to be placed in a visible location on the outside of the package or envelope.
  • The returns received without an RMA label, whether or not the package includes other documentation allowing for the identification of the owners or content as a return, will be rejected and the package sent back to the sender. The RMA certificate allows for an anticipated filter of the received package to be managed as a return.



Products guarantee

The products purchased in Vag-Navisystems have different guarantee periods depending on the type of product. To manage the guarantee, the client must present / provide the invoice of said product when required:

TYPES OF PRODUCTS AND GUARANTEES

New products:
These products have a 2 year guarantee from the date of purchase (invoice date).


Refurbished products:
These products have a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase (invoice date).


Repaired products:
The products repaired by Vag-Navisystems S.L. have a 6 month guarantee from the date of repair and a new invoice is issued (invoice date).


Used products:
These products have a basic functioning guarantee, which means that the buyer has 15 natural days to make any claims or return a product if it does not work. This period is effective the moment in which the product invoice is issued (invoice date).
