• If you want to install it in a vehicle previous to 2009, you must note that it could cause battery drain issues; there are some possible solutions:

• Replacing the vehicle's Gateway unit. This new unit will require from coding. (Not suitable for Passat 3C)
• Install a Fis-Link module (Recomended for Passat 3C)
