Audi A4 (F4), A5 (F5) and Q5 (FY) that include MIB2 infotainment modules can request from factory the Smartphone interface function, then if unfortunately vehicle doesn't include this function from factory, then in case your vehicle is compatible with this retrofit you will be able to adquire it to enable the function.

This product's installation requests to perform 2 different steps; first the USB input + wiring harness replacement (removing the one that your vehicle include from factory) and then, once it is installed, it will be necessary to perform an activation of the kit's included SVM function activation license using a Geko tool, through the Audi Official On-Line servers.
